The capacity of this power bank is about 78% that of the stated capacity. The power bank states that it has a capacity of 37Wh, but in reality it is actually 25-29Wh. I ran some discharge tests on this power bank and have attached photos of the results here. Still a fantastic buy, and I love the fact that it has integrated charging leads. And as usual, PB Tech's customer service was OUTSTANDING. I originally bought the 20Ah version (see my other review), then returned it, cause I realized I didn't need one that big. Happy customer here, keep up the good work PB Tech!

Super convenient, works well, great price. Served me well on trip to Japan. Only bad thing to say is that it is missing rubber feet so slides on surfaces, but not a major. Highly recommended. Just remember to switch off power bank on disconnect with a double click of power button. Otherwise the battery pack stays on and depletes.

Bought one of these a few months ago and found the charging time and capacity outstanding. Have bought another for the daughter, so she can charge the kids devices on the go. I've charged my phone off the powerbank about 4-5 times, and the powerbank has still got 43% charge. That's plenty for a week of camping, so I'm really happy. Having the integrated charging cords is handy too.
So good for the price! One star off only because the plastic casing does seem to scuff quite easily just from sitting on a surface. I brought this on sale for $34. Reviews were great but due to the price & using it every day for multiple charges, I didn't have hope it would handle it.

Ohhhh was I wrong! It hasn't gone flat once (has charged over 3 devices in the span of 12 hours for 3 weeks straight) & is very durable.

Charges my phone super quick and great to have the EXACT charge left in it on the display. Built in cables a cool plus point. Worked well for a couple months, now the battery has degraded to a point where a 50% charge on the bank charges my 5000mah phone approximately 30%
