Hi there, I recently purchased a UGREEN 145W power bank… I am very pleased with it…. But I would like to point out that the description you have on the website is quite different to what is in the box… compare your website description and specifications to the included 'manual' ...(from the included manual)… the label on the USBc #2 port is different.. and for a good reason… in/out 1 is the only charging port max 65W in (website suggest two USBc 1&2 can be used) but it can output up to 140W (100), out 2 can do 65W (45), out 3 can do 22.5W (18) all in variance to your website specs. Great Purchase. Bought it for charging my steam deck while traveling. Will easily get 1-2 full charges depending on what I'm playing at the time and the pass through feature allows me to charge the power bank and allow me play at the same time (though it wont charge the power bank as quickly). Had this a couple of weeks now and charges laptop and phone no issues. can also low charge my watch and headphone etc no problem. solid build looks good and to recharge power bank on 65 watt chargers takes less than 2 hours so really happy with purchase.would recommend for sure does everything as it should. Been looking for a strong power bank that can charge my Macbook Pro. My Macbook has a battery problem where it empties out a bit quicker than usual. It's especially hard when I'm in class and I have to find a seat that's close to a power outlet. This power bank offers me more flexibility and helped me get through 4 hours of class in a day. This is the second powerbank I bought after the ANKER Prime 27650mAh (250W) PD 3.1 Power Bank would not charge my 45w HP Laptop.

I thought it was working but it doesn't hold charge. Another waste of my time.

This purchase was at an absolute banger price when it was on sale. It delivered and the unboxing was amazing. It felt premium lol, it comes with a pouch that prevents scratches for traveling uses.

Traveling with this thing is amazing...

I bought this power bank for its ability to charge a variety of different devices quickly. I charged my Dell laptop from about 30% to 100% and Samsung S23 Ultra phone in "super fast" mode and still had over 30% capacity in the power bank. Power bank works perfect. It is exactly what I wanted. Portable, fast charging, comes with a carry bag, little bit heavy but no major, is flight compatible. I fully charged it before using it. I can get 4 fast charges from it maybe 5 if I pushed it. Happy with my purchase. Delivery was about 4 days as we live rural.
