Self-Discharge:

The dormant / self discharge characteristics of Pale Blue batteries are very low. This is one of the advantages of a lithium ion battery with a control circuit, vs an alkaline or NiMh battery, where the cell discharges directly into the circuit (no control circuit). The battery life in dormant mode depends partly on the environment. High ambient temperatures, and higher humidity, increases the internal drain. But in normal circumstances a battery installed in a device, like a door lock, will last ~12 months.

Finally!

Finally the world has come to its senses and produced the perfect usb-rechargeable battery -- thank goodness. These are just perfect and so easily recharged using the multiple usb cable supplied. I'm saving up to buy many more!

A great price and product

Great rechargeable batteries, quick charging and I like you can charge 1, 2 or all of them with the little individual rechargeable cords. Brightly lit when charging so you know at a glance when they are ready.

Wow!

I ordered two products, this one that was in stock and another one (also batteries) that was not expected to be in stock until 2nd August. To save on freight I elected to keep the orders combined and to wait for both items to arrive after 2nd August. I made my order yesterday. Today PBTech split my order so that I can get the above item early. I did not expect this and I'm very impressed to say the least. Well done PBTech!

Dangerous

I do not recommend these things. I tested them out in a number of things, the light ran hotter than when using other batteries, as did the RC car remote and everything else. when charging the batteries made my USB mains adapter shut off as it was getting too hot charging them, So I pulled out the Mains USB adapter that came with my cell phone, and not that adapter DOES NOT WORK AT ALL anymore.

Based on my experience, I would call these batteries dangerous, and have only cost me. I will be sticking with regular rechargeable batteries from now on.

Shipping Security & Insurance

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. Provided the store you select has stock and there's no hold-ups with payment we will have your order ready within 1 hour (during normal trading hours for that store) otherwise it may take up to 5 working days to transfer the stock to the store so your order can be fulfilled. Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

 

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.

If your product develops a fault outside of the manufacturer warranty or PB Tech warranty period, we offer a full repair service and are an authorised repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo and more.
