There are two major things wrong with these batteries.
The charge is not good, they only last about half the time a standard battery does. And then it takes ages to recharge.
After a charge, the shelf life is poor. Just when you need a battery, the charge has gone.
Worst of all, the outer casing is plastic and only has a thin plastic edge holding the + and - pin plate on. 4 out of 4 batteries just snapped off the retaining edge when pulling them out of a device and are now held together with tape and epoxy glue.

Purchased for use in a personal Electrotherapy and Muscle Stimulation device that chews through non-rechargeable batteries, I expect to break even in 3 months or less. Standard 9v format so fits device just like a regular battery.

Just make sure your device is compatible with rechargables before buying. This battery is remarkably well thought out and does the job as advertised. It fits in the usual 9v battery slots and is easily charged with a USB C cable. It even comes with a travel case! Keep in mind the travel case is initially closed with two very very small screws so make sure you have some glasses/precision screwdrivers before buying/add those to cart too. I bought these in May last year. I eagerly brought 4 of these batteries (2 x twin packs) which was expensive but I was/am happy to pay a premium for rechargeable to stop binning batteries.

As per a prior review - they charge up fine, the charge holds for a few days and then dead.

It may be a faulty batch - I'm reaching out to the manufacturer for support. I'll update my review if this review if my situation changes but I would not purchase these.

I have not engaged PB Tech support directly on this, but I will if the manufacturer doesn't respond.

Perfect for that device that goes through 9V batteries regularly. I'm just rotating them when I remove the empty one to charge it. And charging by USB is great! I am using 3 different types of Pale Blue batteries: AA, AAA and 9V and am more than happy with them. I use 9V batteries a lot for smoke alarms which seem to be quite sensitive to the type of battery, With Pale Blue they work very well. In my experience, generally, Pale Blue batteries work really well and can be charged easily, with provided USB cable. Plus, Pale Blue care for the environment using non-plastic, simple packaging. (A little plastic container is included which one can keep and re-use, actually quite practical).
