While the power is good and the mixing performance is fine, the design has a major flaw, especially with the chopper attachment.
The chopper lid is very difficult to detach from the bowl, and there's no clear instruction on how to do it properly. The first time I used it, I had to spend quite a while figuring it out. But the real issue came when I was in the middle of preparing food for my baby — it took me 20 minutes just to separate the lid. Meanwhile, my baby was crying, and I was stuck with this frustrating tool. It completely ruined the experience for me. Honestly, I’m not sure I’ll use it again. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-performance blender that’s quick and easy to use, especially if you need something reliable under pressure.

Do not buy this, put the money towards a better one. Where to start? First it is quite heavy (especially for old arthritic hands) so difficult to shush about in a pan of soup. The on/off button is hit and miss. The hand blender can't even get the lumps out of my poor attempt at gravy this weekend. It can just about manage to turn diced tomatoes into passata, but it's hardwork. And don't get me started on the chopper!! Can't chop onions, it just kind of mangles them and doesn't even touch cream cheese. I think it is going in the bin! Do not buy this, put the money towards a better one. Where to start? This hand held blender is very powerful and can blend things fast. The chopper attachment takes a while to get used to opening and closing but apart from that can blend items like dates and almonds (which might need little bit of roasting first). Well built, blends incredibly well, have only used the stick blender so far but have been very impressed by how well this works.
Easy to pull apart and clean, is reasonably heavy unit which feels little unweildly at first, but happily purchase again.

Very good. Produces smooth results and blends everything you could want it to. Nice accessories. My only complaint would be that food gets under the blade when using and makes it a little tricky to clean but still a 5 star for me Very good. PB's price for this is pretty attractive and delivery is reasonably fast considering we are in level 4. Blender and chopping functions work really well but not the whisker. This is a great blender. I've only used it a couple of times but I really like it. I think the number of plastic extras in the box is maybe a bit excessive, but overall it's great.
