So far, so good — I bought this Belkin lightning data cable a week ago to replace another iPad Pro charging cable — yet again. They all split and die eventually. This will be my fourth, especially as I regularly use my iPad, running it off the charger ( instead of letting the battery run down ) and swapping between horizontal and vertical viewing as I watch YT shorts, email, TV shows and gaming. The Belkin has a much longer molded sleeve on the lightning input end which looks like it will take the constant motion better that others; the braided cable looks tough and I’ve put a simple loop knot just at the start to take some of the “pull” as I use it. I bought an Otterbox cable too, and have that and another charger at the other end of the house. Comparing the two and seeing which lasts best!

Everyone in the family now prefers this one cable because it charges shockingly faster than any other one in the house. I had no idea that it would make life so much easier to simple buy a good quality cable. No more falling asleep with the phone plugged in because it's fully charged before I'm even finished my late night scroll.
