The only USB to HDMI adapter that worked for me
After trying dozens of usb-c to hdmi and usb-A to hdmi, this is the only product that worked. The usb-c port on my computer does not support thunderbolt so I was not able to use it to connect to the external screen. I've had this for several months now and the usb-A to hdmi with this adapter has worked smoothly for me.
Excellent product
I have 3 monitors, one monitor is connected to an HDMI port on laptop where the other two are connected to this device and then to a usb c port on my laptop. Absolutely no issues when using all 3 screens at once. Signal and response is instantaneous, fast and no delays at all.

Works with a Wacom Display
I recently bought a new PC with only one HDMI plug-in, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a product that allows me to use both my monitor and Wacom Cintiq at the same time, especially since some friends say they've had other HDMI adapters not work for their Wacom displays. The StarTech adapter is pricey, but I recommend it as it works with my tablet and only requires installing the instructed StarTech drivers
Quick fix!
Acer nitro 5 laptop wouldn't connect via USB-C to connect to 2 monitors. This adapter via USB 3.0 works perfectly!

dirty cheap way to get two monitors running
if you are doing office stuff and need to drive two monitors at home on the cheap this will get you by. do note its nothing fancy and its only going at what usb3 can support which is not great especially when it comes to smoothness. for documents and the like its tolerable but just dont watch a video or something like that.
