ILFORD 3005154 PIXI-D 5MP Compact Digital Camera - Black

The images from the PIXI-D are not as good as those from my Samsung mid-range phone but they're quite good. Colours look a bit over saturated.
I use the camera at the 5mp setting because I cannot see ANY difference between 5mp and 44mp in image quality. I'd say only use the 44mp setting
if you want to use some digital zoom. The digital stabilization works really well in dim light but you'll see lots of grain in the photos at 800 iso. While the PIXI-D has
auto focus the sharpest photos seem to be when you are fairly close to whatever you are taking a photo of. Transferring photos to a PC is a breeze using the usb c cord.

The screen is O.K to use in bright sun but not great. The camera is slow between shots so forget about taking photos of your pets running around! Another big plus for this camera is its
size - not much bigger than a credit card. It's fun to use. Yes, I would recommend but don't expect iPhone photo quality. The two sample photos are straight from the camera, both taken at 5mp
with default settings.

Bought this for my daughter, she loves it. Fits into her pocket easily and has all the features she needs to make memories of her and her friends. Overall a very good little first camera.
