Decoding and Video Capacity

This NVR supports a wide range of decoding capabilities, including 2‑ch at 32 MP, 2‑ch at 24 MP, 4‑ch at 12 MP, 8‑ch at 8 MP, 16‑ch at 4 MP, and 32‑ch at 1080p. It accommodates H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 video formats to optimize storage and bandwidth usage.

Intelligent Analytics

Equipped with Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models, the system provides up to 32‑ch AcuSeek and AcuSearch functions, up to 24‑ch perimeter protection, 16‑ch video structuralization, and facial recognition for up to 16 video streams or 32 face pictures. It can also connect up to 8 IP speakers for audio management.

IP Video Input

The NVR supports 32‑channel IP video input, with a maximum resolution of 32 MP. Note that the device allows up to 8‑ch 32 MP/24 MP IP video inputs when ultra HD resolution mode is enabled.

Bandwidth and Video Output

It offers 320 Mbps incoming and 400 Mbps outgoing bandwidth. HDMI 1 supports up to 8K resolution at 30 Hz, while HDMI 2 can output up to 4K. Two VGA outputs are available at 1920 × 1080/60Hz. HDMI1/VGA1 and HDMI2/VGA2 can be used simultaneously, with one CVBS output for legacy systems.

Audio and Decoding

The NVR provides 2‑channel audio output via RCA and 1‑channel two-way audio. Synchronous playback supports 16 channels. Decoding formats include H.265, H.265+, H.264, and H.264+, with recording resolutions ranging from 32 MP down to QCIF.

Network Connectivity

Remote connection supports up to 128 devices. Network protocols include TCP/IP, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, DDNS, NTP, RTSP, SADP, SMTP, SNMP, NFS, iSCSI, UPnP™, HTTP/HTTPS, ONVIF, and OTAP. It also provides ONVIF API, SDK, and ISAPI support for integration with compatible software.

Ethernet and Browser Support

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy (excludes special order items, software and evouchers).

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.

If your product develops a fault outside of the manufacturer warranty or PB Tech warranty period, we offer a full repair service and are an authorised repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo and more.
