Its not really as comfortable as people make out. The lack of anything to put your head or neck against means the full weight gets pressed against the non adjustable lumbar support which can get pretty uncomfortable.
It reclines all the way but there is no way at all you could like back in this past like 30degree angle and be comfortable.
The mounting plate for the base needs to be constantly tightened so that the screws don't squeak excessively.
The arm wrests are nice, though I wish they could up just a little higher relative to the seat.
In hindsight I would still however have preferred my mesh office chair (which broke) over this.

This chair is really comfortable and looks quite nice. I wanted something that didn't look like a race car seat and was comfortable, this hit the spot. I'm 6'4" and find it great. Feels good quality and easy to put together.

My only annoyance is the chemical smell, which I guess is from the foam or the anti stain spray. It's been a few weeks and still smells, I'm guessing it will be around a month to get rid of the smell. This chair is really comfortable and looks quite nice.
