Firstly I want to commend PBTech for their service and generous package for our purchase, we needed desks for our employees working from home and we received them promptly and at a good price, or so we thought. Of the 18 units we received in the first batch, 5 were faulty out of the box, and 1 was packed in the wrong box (said it was honey oak but was actually a white one inside). The other faulty desk had a cracked surface top, but looked to be due to shipping. To PBTech credit, we did managed to receive replacements just before lockdown, but again, 3 of those replacements had the same issues out of the box. Another one had internal packaging damage, but not apparent damage on the exterior leading me to suspect negligence during packing by the manufacturer. And as time went on, the other units that were fine eventually had problems later on, with now another 4 units having issues with the motor. Only 1 so far has refused to move, but the other 3 are grinding their way there. Also noted 6 of these units in general had issues during assembly, mostly pertaining to screw holes not quite lining up.

Overall disappointed in this product, and their lack of quality control will most likely lead to us pursuing credit rather than replacement units.

The table is top quality for the price. I recommend two people to assemble it, I did it myself and was very tired of doing it alone.

The lowest and highest height of the table is more than I will be using (unless you are maybe 8 feet tall)

The frame is of pure metal, the tabletop wood is very high quality and solid.

2. You'll need to drill a few guide holes yourself, 2 minimum for the support beam, 2 for the mains adapter holder, 2 for the switch if you want it visible from underneath the table as the existing holes are facing the wrong direction

Regardless of the above I still rated it 5 stars as compared to similar sized height adjustable tables, this one is both well priced and very sturdy. Very little sideways movement unless you really shake the table with force and it looks great in black.

For the affordable price, have been well pleased with the build quality. Easy to put together and assemble.

Even though the price seems too cheap, the desk is great quality! It looks good straight out of the box and the weight capacity is no joke. It says 70kg but I weigh over that and it held my weight fine when I needed to change a lightbulb. It's a little wobbly at the full extension (which is very high, it's shoulder height on a 6ft2 man) but a bit of weight from the monitors or putting it against a wall solves that issue. There's plenty of desk space, easily enough for the dual monitors, pc tower, mouse, keyboard, and speakers at the same time, plus a bit of junk. Pros: Materials are solid. They’re heavy and suggest they’re going to stand the test of time. I initially thought that you’d need to drill holes on the desktop, but it actually came with pre-drilled holes. I don’t have power tools at home so this was much welcomed. For a single motor desk, the noise and speed are acceptable.
