Have had this desk for about a month now (daily use). Solid construction and smooth motor operation. I have two screens on it: a 43 inch and a 30 inch, and it has no trouble lifting them when I want to stand. Nice and stable - no wobbling when you type, and even when in full standing position, still solid enough to allow you to lean on it without any movement.

Finish is pretty good, but I suspect the top cover is plastic, not wood - I dropped a heavy, sharp object on one corner of the desk and the ding in the surface is rather a bend (like on plastic) than a break (like it would be on wood). Not necessarily a bad thing, if it holds in time (will prevent any spilled liquids from penetrating the table top).

One thing to note is that using a mouse directly on the table top feels really unpleasant for most mice - the surface is not smooth enough. Although the mouse operates fine, It feels like you have grit or dust stuck on the underside of your mouse. I had to use a mouse pad (not a big deal, for me).

Some people complain about the legs not mounting at 90 degrees to the desk - if you tighten the bolts all the way, the legs will be at the right angle. They seem to have been designed that way (they require the bolt's tension to keep them at 90 degrees), to keep things under tension and avoid any wobble.

I also love the desk doesn't have a "knee breaker" bar, which I hate so much on other desks. If you plan to use it standing up, it is worth investing in the appropriate accessories: powerboard tray (mounted under the desk) and flexible cables guide. Without them, the cables going every which way are not only in the way and will stop the desk from freely moving up and down, but will also ruin the nice simple lines of the desk.

I expected the usual thinner top and one motor ,with a long drive shaft. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that for the price I paid I got a dual motor, sturdy leg design with a thick top. very well made and moved very smoothly. Desk is solid and works really well.
However as the legs are really heavy it’s impossible to fix the desk top to the legs and move the desk by holding the ends of the desk alone as doing so will rip the desk off the bars on the bottom of the desk.
A better design is needed for fixing the desktop to the legs, otherwise a great product. Desk is solid and works really well.

Purchased as this was deemed a premium desk with support for up to 126 kgs. The desk constantly (3/4 times a week) requires being reset (lowered to it's minimum height) with the reset only being possible after letting the control unit 'discharge' over several hours. Next to useless as I wanted to be able to alternate hours sitting and standing but hold my breath that it won't lockup each time I do. Purchased as this was deemed a premium desk with support for up to 126 kgs. Very happy with the Loctek standing desk. Note that it is very heavy (I think the table top is ~20kg and the base frame is 30kg). Was very easy to assemble. The desk feels very solid and secure in both the seated and standing positions. Motor is as fast as you'd need and the noise is well controlled. The control panel allows 3 memory heights to be set, and for them to be changed with a single button press (no need to press and hold like some standing desk models). The collision detection works as expected. I really wanted a 1800mm width desk and this was the best value for money option I could find in NZ. Highly recommended. This is a functionally great desk. It does require a little effort to assemble and not all the screw holes are in the right place (so a drill is handy). Also, the cable tray I couldnt figure out how to attach and its likely to be too small anyway, so Ill need to make my own modification for that. That aside, the desk has a secure feeling about and rises and falls without effort. I have also addressed the issue of my sore back from not sitting for prolonged periods. Finally settled on this desk as it was one of the cheaper ones around at the 1800x800 size. Despite that, all the components (both frame and tabletop) feel like they are of high quality, and have a nice weighty feel. It was fairly easy to assemble, but needed 2 people for some steps due to the weight. I only took one star off because the cable tidy that came with it is the wrong one, still waiting on a replacement.
I am 6 foot 5 and at it's highest my armpits ( I know this sounds gross ) sit on top of the desk.

Quite a good table, working well. But it is a bit complicated to assemble it. I had to find someone to help.
