DEEPCOOL THP-Z5 Z5 Thermal Paste with 10 percent Silver Oxide Compounds

temp with stock paste on my cheap aftermarket fan was still high (around 80 to 90c).
replaced with this paste, and temps now dropped to around 70c under full load.
bench marking with - "IntelBurn Test".

Super happy with this result.

I like to spread my thermal compound, so I was pleased to see an effective plastic spreader included in the package. It's quite thick but easy enough to apply, and a little goes a long way. Like any thermal compound, it seems to get everywhere no matter how careful you are, but easy enough to clean up with a little iso. Thermal performance seems to be on par with similar compounds, a little better than the white silicon goop. Non conductive, which is good in case you over do it. My RTX's temps went from 86 (thermal throttling) to 70-75 degrees under a max load sustained! I wouldn't bother spending anymore on thermal paste, no need! I haven't put this on my CPU cooler yet though, although after my temps still being very low a couple of months later I would record it! Don't bother splashing for better! Not too bad for the prices. idles 3c higher than my previous thermal paste. A bit on the chalky side so hard to spread.
