Purchasing the helmet via the combo package deal (along with other items) a month ago was definately a plus factor.

Excellent price to performance helmet. It's very light and well balanced.
It isn't as big as other reviewers say, it does squash my head a bit but I have a misshaped head so that's forgivable. Excellent price to performance helmet. It's very light and well balanced.

I got this helmet free with myself scooter but it’s very big. It’s more like an XL as it’s even too big for my 17 year old son so we need to buy another one. Its nice looking and appearance, but an wast of space when you can’t do anything with it, way too big and when tried to swap or return the customer service rep was utterly useless, the type of person that’s hates her job, and can’t be bothered, I had to keep suggesting a solution, what about another size? How about stocks on other stores? Can you offer a discount on a suitable size of different brand? How about I jump on that side of desk and do job and at least make an effort to be friendly?
