Midea MDDP30 30L / Day Dehumidifier with 3L Water Tank

I was shocked to have to dump 3l of water every day - I really had no idea there was so much moisture in our house!
It has great features and is very intuitive to use, but it's quite noisy - especially when in 'Comfort' mode, every time it kicks in there is a chance to wake you up, so be wary if you are a light sleeper.
On the other hand, some people find the noise soothing.

Used this for over a month now and it has controlled the humidity especially now that the winters colder in toowoomba. I also have a device that monitors the relative humidity and it showed great improvement in our living condition. Before this dehumidifier, we always wonder why my kids ALWAYS cough at night when we go to the room and always hear their breathing is a bit off but not anywhere else at home. We bought a device to check reltive humidity and saw that the humidity in the room is about 60% and goes up to 80-87% at night when we sleep. I try to open the room everyday but at night it gets too cold and thats when the humidity goes up. Now, i rarely hear them cough now and humidity in the room is about 40 and when sleeping goes up to 60% which i am very pleased about.
I do not use this at night on our room as it is very loud and put it in the bathroom but still sucks up a lot of humidity in the house.
Overall, great product even if its on the noisy side at night but it does the job really well. I just move it around the house and it sucks up lots of humidity.
