This is the 3rd robot vacuum I’ve owned and the one it replaced was top of the line when I got it about 4 years ago. Totally blown away by the improvements! This one has never tangled a cord or gotten stuck: it just works. And the mopping is really good too! Really glad I did my homework and chose this model over the other options. The Xiaomi X10+ vac & mop fulfils the need.
Once the setup is complete, which given the nature of the job is a little tricky, the X10+ does it all.
With the selection for area and mop and or vac options, it does the job.
It deals with carpets, rugs, tiles and timber floors easily.
Being able to set it running remotely is very handy.
I have not yet had a problem with the unit, it is working well.

Love this, cleans even better than expected. Manages my bedroom rhino deep pile carpet. I have three small dogs has no problem with hair. No issues using app and setting it up . This is our First Robot Vacuum. We wanted one that mopped and vacuumed as dust on our tiled floors is a problem. We have been using it for about 10 days now, just on tiled floors. We don't have any carpet.
We always had dirty feet at the end of the day frim walking around the home, and it's just gross.
Now we have clean feet at the end of the day!

I did some research and ruled out basic machines as there is a lot of manual intervention required for emptying and cleaning.
The X10+ emptys and cleans itself on a regular basis. So only have to clean the base station once a week and top up with water every few days.

Its quiet, and unintrusive. We set it to mop each night after dinner, and it just does its thing. The app informs when cleaning complete and reminds you to empty the water waste.

I have 2 dogs that are inside some of the time. I hate the dog hair & I hate vacuuming daily. This vacuum has been a game-changer. The floor is spotless and I can walk out the door knowing my vacuum is doing the work, while I play. It has worked faultlessly. I've had to clear some of the rubbish off the floor, which is a benefit, as not only are the floors cleaner but the whole place looks way more uncluttered. Well worth the money!! I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and it performs better than I imagined. Does an excellent job of vacuuming and mopping. Was very easy to set up, and map out the cleaning areas. Carpets and floors always look fantastic afterwards. It does a thorough job and gets into all the corners etc very well. Had this for a few months now and held off writing a review until I had some experience with the product... its got a few issues that doesn't justify its high price
The robot vacuum doesn't empty is internal dust bag very well into the station and I have to manually clean it out regularly or it gets blocked
The brushes underneath get tangled in a hair and lock up requiring manual intervention to cut the brush free.
Even though we have the robot vacuum cleaner set to run twice a week, we still need to vacuum every weekend anyway as it seems to leave a lot of "stuff" behind. Bit redundant IMO!

We had owned it less than 2 weeks and we had to take it back to get looked at. The vacuum is amazing but the mopping function stopped pretty quickly. No water would come out.
