So handy to just put your favourite fruit or anything else into the container and leave in the freezer 24 hours, turning it into ice cream. I also use the Milkshake feature a lot too. Been wanting a Ninja Creami for so long but it was always so expensive and I was skeptical on how good it really was.

I originally had a Breville ice cream maker, a proper one stop freezer machine with a turning paddle. The issue of course, aside from the fact that if I want ice cream its an hour wait, is that everyone has to have the same flavor, and it sounds like a mixer going in the kitchen for an hour.

With this unit, each person can have their own 475 mL tub of family favorites, mixed up from the night before. *it requires 24h freeze time sitting level*. But that's it. Processing is no noisier than a hand held powered whisk, for around 90 seconds per container. Just be aware that it'll be a lot colder than regular "store bought" ice cream so those people who like to leave regular cream to melt for a bit will have to wait longer.

Pictured is the result of putting peeled feijoa flesh in the blender with maybe 10% De-Wilks greek yoghurt and nothing else. It will scoop, but I didnt feel like sharing and a scoop in our house gets noticed in the dishwasher.

Turns a budget tin of fruit into delicious sorbet with very little effort. I normally eat half the sorbet and next day turn the other half into a thickshake. Easy to clean. If you’re reading this you’re probably someone more health conscious, wanting an alternative to overpriced and “more healthy” ice cream; me too! I can say with 100% certainty the Ninja Creami is a worthwhile purchase, it’s so easy to use and pretty hard to muck up a recipe. Significantly better for you, and I think better tasting, than regular store bought ice cream. Do yourself a favour and go buy one! We bought the Ninja Creami a couple of weeks ago and so have made amazing sorbet using only a can of pineapple pieces. The icecream using the recipe in the book is also absolutely delicious . Absolutely loving this ice cream maker. So many settings I have yet to try but the ice cream is just great. Loving it.
Easy to clean. The noise of it doesn't bother me as it isn't for very long.
