Very happy with this ice cream maker and the excellent service from PB Tech. The handle broke after a few months of use, but they replaced it straight away—super efficient! The machine is easy to use and perfect for our keto diet. The texture and taste are smooth—almost like store-bought ice cream but much healthier. It does make some noise, but compared to another brand we tried, this one is much better. Very happy with this ice cream maker and the excellent service from PB Tech. Brought as a gift, given no complaints about it, friend has used frequently since being given it and has made multiple desserts from it and seems to be enjoying it. Good investment for sweet treats, and sneaky bevs.

The Ninja Creami has been an awesome addition and well-used appliance since we bought it. Set up is easy with the quick start guide and the recipes in the book it comes with are easy to try for beginner Creami users.

I did get a bit confused by the progress bar and what different flashes meant but the troubleshooting guide that comes with the Creami answered all the questions I had and after two experiment pints I had figured out how the machine worked.

The Ninja Creami is an absolute gem! I have wanted one of these since they first came onto the market and I’m so pleased I finally splashed out. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious and it’s so easy to make healthy alternatives and variations for all dietary requirements. Thought about getting one of these for a while. This ended up on a good special. The jars are smaller than the new version, but large enough for 3-4 helpings. Easy enough to make the various recipes. Works great for frozen yoghurt, vanilla icecream, sorbets. Use it reasonably frequently. It is noisy, but only for the few minutes at a time that you use it. Easy to clean too.
