After a Dead-on-arrival unit, the replacement has been great. Pretty long battery time, enough to vacuum a 150sqm house. Emptying the dust canister is a little annoying as it is quite small, and requires your fingers to get all the dust out. I like the motorised brush. This vacuum cleaner is lightweight and easy to handle, it is fully charged in around 2 hours and lasts for at least three days of medium use. The cleaner can get to nooks and crannies that are hard to reach and clean by using the 5 replaceable cleaning heads. Very happy with the purchase! Life enhancing stick vacuum, my old trailer vaccum cleaner went straight to the bin after getting this one home. Only regret not having it earlier. Easy to use and clean, 20~30min battery life for carpet as high power mode, you can cover a small apartment easily even with some sofa, curtain vaccum. Like all new millennium kiwi buyers, I googled Stick Vacuum’s and researched all the pros, cons, prices, to make as informed a decision on my purchase as possible,

Armed with all the information, now making me an expert, I chose to buy the Robrock H7.

Unfortunately after getting it home, it would not charge, but, a faulty charger or battery I guess can happen.

No problem for PBTech with returning it, they replaced it with no issues.

I am very happy with my choice. It comes with all of the additional add ons that you may need, and am really impressed with the suction power, so much so, I have to Hoover on the lowest setting on my rugs or the H7 sucks the rug off the floor!

We opted to buy the stand as I didn’t want to fix the holder/charger to the wall. The stand works great but does add to the overall cost.

I would give the H7 Stick Vacuum, 4.5 stars from 5.

I would give it 5 stars, but I want to see how the battery lasts, as battery failure has been the problem with other stick vacuums.

I’m very happy with this one, it’s so light and easy to use, picks up really well, even right at the edges. You’ll love it, don’t buy one twice the price this one is fantastic.
