Amazing, makes me feel like our old vacuum never did a good job. All the pet hair, dust and dander gets picked up with ease. Bought on sale which makes it even better.

Just passed 27 months and now has completely died. Within the first year had power cord bracket break, few months later the handle broke and shortly after that the stand up lock mechanism started to give out. Vacuum itself does good job, however poor build quality. Just passed 27 months and now has completely died. After a facebook thread on great vacuums for pets, the Shark was a recommendation by many, so thought I'd search to see how much they were. I had brought a very expensive cacuum from Godfreys before they went tits up which had a manufacturers fault. No refund, no help. It was a Hoover and Hoover would bot stand behind their brand. So found PB Tech had this Shark model for a very cheap price. Thought what the heck. This is better than the faulty hoover and a 5th of the price. Absolutely love this vacuum, scary how much pet fur and dirt gets sucked up. PB Tech delivered within two days to a rural address which is awesome. It's almost embaressing how much this picked up, even though we vacuumed regularly with our previous one (Roborock). We found the Roborock wasn't picking the Golden Retriever fur so went for the Shark while on sale. It actually manouvres quite easily--some in my family even say it is a joy to use (I'll hold them to it). Definitely excellent value for the price. This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner and the best on so far, large capacity, works great for pet hair. It's very easy to switch from carpet to hard floor. Awesome purchase! Brought in store as we preferred to view the item in purchase first. Suction is perfect. This is by far GOAT vaccum. Dyson and others are just hyped and pricey. This vaccum is exceptionally good with strong sucking capacity. It sucks stuborn dog hair out of the carpet which other vaccums fail. I have done lots of research, tried different vaccums but this one beats them all.
