These headphones are very comfortable to wear with good quality cushioning. Adequate noise muffling and you can have these on your head for hours without feeling any discomfort of pressure from the headband. The sound quality is fair, the headphone speaker base is reasonable. Overall a fair quality product at a fair price and has performed up to par thus far after a few months of daily use.

I bought this for my wife. she is working at the call center, one thing she complain about is the battery life, she said fully change in the morning, but the battery life cannot last for till the end of the work. when the power run out it's does not alert you at all, it will suddenly turn itself off. so far the voice and noise cancelling fuction working all good. it's support for Microsoft team, which we tried few JBL headphone having the issue with. In terms of quality vs price the set is acceptable. It would be better if it came with a carry case to keep the bit together when traveling.
In between me ordering a carry case and the case arriving my dongle got misplaced while traveling. Contacted JBL support and JBL does not offer replacement dongles at all.
I am now forced to either buy a third-party dongle and hope that it works with the headset, or replace the entire headset.
I find it unacceptable that JBL does not sell the tiny component that is easily lost or damaged but that when lost or damaged renders the whole device useless. Honestly, this is a great headset, its noise cancelling is fabulous for working in a noisy place. Plug and play to just about any device makes it easy to use. Battery life was great, I used it for work and it worked for a full 3 days at a time before needing a charge. There's an on headset volume dial which makes it easy to adjust the volume without having to search for the volume on your computer. Also an on headset mute button which is great for when you want to mute without having to find the meeting you're in and pressing the mute button. The headset didn't connect into my laptop very well initially and needed a lot of wiggling and forcing to get the audio into both earpieces. The cable is only just long enough to reach from the headset connection on laptop to the head set on my head. It drapes over the keyboard and it isn't long enough to drape around it. Probably ok if you type directly onto a laptop all the time but not good if you use a keyboard and screen.
