This is the worst headset I've had the misfortune to decide to purchase.
It constantly fails to connect. Sometimes it connects to the dongle but the dongle is not not passing things to windows. Sometimes you can't even connect to the dongle.
Make sure whereever you plug the dongle in to is within easy reach because you'll unplugging it and plugging it back in often. This is the worst headset I've had the misfortune to decide to purchase.

I recently picked up the Razer Barracuda X Wireless from PBTech, and it's been a solid upgrade for my gaming setup. Bought 2 of these. First one was great and has no issues. Mic is decent enough for a wireless pair of headphones.
The second pair I bought had a faulty mic that does not work no matter what you try, so that was quite disappointing (luckily PB Tech has a wonderful team for helping with warranty claims). I've had these nearly 2 years, so I feel qualified to say: these headphones are truly awful. Firstly, it is a common issue (according to Reddit) that they only charge while turned on and connected. If they die of low battery? You better pray that they'll randomly gain enough juice to turn on for long enough that they can start charging. I'll leave them charging overnight, presuming they are turned on and therefore charging, but about 50% of the time they'll never start charging. At least the battery life is long. The bluetooth connection is pretty seamless with my ipad, but I'm not sure why you'd every buy these headphones if you don't need the wireless function. The sound quality is fine, I guess.

Reasonable priced, no issues with use. Have connected both to consoles with the rf dongle, and Bluetooth with my phone. Audio sounds good, and controls are easy to use.
