I've never bought cheap headphones before, but I wanted a lightweight pair I could use for meetings if I'm travelling.
Unfortunately these produce a high-pitched sound which appears to be caused by the microphone recording the cooling fan in my laptop. A good quality headset is designed to block out the sound of the computer's fan and other background noises, but this is far from a good quality headset. Even without the high pitched sound, the microphone is such poor quality it sounds like it is underwater. Next time I'll use the headphones that come free with my phone as they are 10 times better than this. Looked hard and far for a good valued office headset that fills the tasks and duties I was seekeing for my business. Happy to say that these worked out quite well for us.

Product was better than I expected. Microphone nice and clear and sound very good.
Used a couple of times since recent purchase after personal recommendation from someone who uses for most of the day.
Only thing to be aware of is that the headset is quite tight on ones head which takes a bit to get used to. Product was better than I expected. Microphone nice and clear and sound very good.

Headset is clear & comfortable with an adjustable microphone lead. Happy with it overall, only wish its microphone would move 360 degrees (mic can only be worn on the left side) and that it had volume/mute controls. Needed a headset for my Work audio/video calls and wanted something where audio was acceptable and the price is reasonable as I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Yes, the headset does look cheap, but it does a fair enough job for my needs. I use these for Teams calls at work, they're light and comfortable and certainly better than the laptop speaker and microphone. No issues with them so far.
