These headphones have been great to use. I primarily use them for work and at home, and the battery life has been plenty to last about a week with no issue.

The sound quality and tuning is about what you'd expect from Sennheiser, and while I did manually turn the bass down in the EQ on the mobile app (which does also apply when using them connected to my computer), they've been otherwise really nice. So many headphones lately do tend to overdo it on the bass, but I digress... These headphones have been great to use. These headphones sound great and have great battery life, but mine started to make a crackling noise from one ear which appears to be a common issue according to searches on Reddit and Google.

This happened just after the 2 year warranty finished and Sennheiser refused to offer any kind of support. No help to even troubleshoot or pinpoint the issue. No option to even pay for a repair. I was told that the headphones can't be repaired and that I'd need to buy a new pair instead.

Very disappointing for a "flagship" pair of headphones, and I won't be recommending these to anybody again. Noise canceling is impressive and holds its own against the XM4/XM5s (often considered best in class). After comparing them side by side, the difference was barely noticeable.

One minor issue: multipoint connection can be aggressive, sometimes making devices force-connect when you don’t want them to. Otherwise, no complaints. They are very comfortable to wear and have used them for many a walk and at home for hours with no issue. In other reviews people thought the pairing was an issue. Having been in the audio industry for a large part of my career, I rate these over ear headphones highly.
