This product is simply a must have for the driver wanting to get themselves on the track. This steering wheel is so serious, that it comes with its own power cable since the USB power source alone will not be enough to keep this wheel's motors powered. Now mounting this steering wheel is usually not a problem. Most gamers tend to have a square edge table and if that's the case, I can guarantee you, the wheel will stay firmly planted. However, if you have a rounded edge table like mine, you may run into a problem depending on how rounded the edge of your table is. if its not ridiculously rounded, you'll be fine with mounting the wheel (if you're grabbing the wheel for the first time, relax on the track for a while before you start pushing for those decimating lap times. Otherwise you might pull the wheel mounts away from the table and that might ruin your fun!)

The pedals are fairly standard, you may be surprised by the brake paddle being tougher than the gas and clutch pedal. There's a rubber mod that adds the resistance in the brake pedal, and my working theory behind that rubber being there is to prevent you from pressing down on the brakes fully to prevent anti-lock. Plus that is general how tough the brake pedal is on a real car. The pedals will definitely stay in place if you have a carpet but i'm not tool sure how well it would stay on tiles (there's rubber stands for tiles so i think it's do a good job on tile floors too)

The only real downsides I can think of is that the leather on the steering wheel may have some loose threads exposed, some scratched lug nuts in the middle area of the wheel and that there's no where near as many features as the Playstation variant of this steering wheel.

However, this steering wheel is definitely worth the buck because the stainless steel elements, the quick response flappy paddle gearbox and the hardcore pedals does not give a cheap feel at all!

There is a bit of configuration to get the wheel right, but a simple search will help you in the right direction. It can be really expensive, but when I got it, it was a really good deal. I would say it's worth paying full price for it. If you are unsure whether to get this or not, I would highly recommend you do get it. The G920 looked to be a good choice.
Very simple to plugin and set up and allows you to bundle up the cables for the pedals and USB connection tidily at the rear without them dangling all over the place like the Momo wheel and pedals used to.

The wheel performs flawlessly and was even able to increase a couple lap times by a second or two after a short amount of time.
The steering is very precise and the force feedback feels good to.

The pedals are also very well engineered and quite weighty too. The base has the usual pop down anti-slip grip for use on carpet.
The pedals feel good and the pads can be angled to the users preference by adjusting the bolts below. I found them fine right out of the box though.

My only gripe about this wheel is that it doesn't have a sequential stick shift like the old Momo used to, forcing you to use the paddle shifters instead. For me, this took some getting used to, but as I mentioned previously was able to better my lap times in short order. (I did purchase the addon shifter which I'll review separately)
The paddles them selves are made of metal and feel quite sturdy to the touch.

Plenty of assorted buttons which can be easily customised either in-game or with the Logitechs software.

Overall, I'm quite impressed with the quality of this wheel and pedal combination and believe I should be able to get a good few years out of it.

You'd be hard pressed to do better for the price and is certainly a hell of a lot better than having to fork out $1000+ for a top range unit.

Son uses this on his pc, had 2 months, good wheel and pedals. our carpet is thin so the carpet grips underneath for pedals keep sliding away, but we did a kiwi way of a fix. We both have turns drifting, I fail , he wins, good family toy with lots of laughs. Good starter wheel for beginners like me. 900 degrees of rotation makes it feel more realistic.

Compared to others at the same price point this wheel is really good.
