I purchased this to replace a chair mat I had for about 5 years. This one worked fine but started cracking after 9 months. Will probably need replacing in the next few months. Wouldn't recommend. Really terrible quality. Looks fine when it arrives but after a couple of months of use it starts cracking anywhere the chair wheels sit. It is now about 4 months after I bought it and it is broken beyond use. Don't bother buying it. Really terrible quality. Unfortunately after a month it was quite cracked. Not sure if it has much life left in it, since soon the many shards will start coming loose.

Purchases to go under my new office chair. It's significantly cheaper than other mats I've looked at but one thing to note is the tape they used to roll it up with is insanely sticky. Bought this because was significantly cheaper than OfficeMax flat mat which I have for my other office. Would not purchase again. Bumpy (yes I have it correct way up) and shipped curled in a box so am fighting to get edges to sit flat. Flat mat from Warehouse Stationery 2x the price but probably 10x better. Good quality, and does the job. My previous one lasted for a few years before it started cracking - but it is in sunlight.

Very pleased with this plastic chair mat it makes the wheels of the office chair glide over it easily. Just the right thickness for the carpet underneath. Thanks PB Tech! Started cracking after the first year, and now 2 years later the entire mat is shredded. Low quality plastic, likely not formulated properly for its use. This is made from PVC and, so, it's soft. It would be okay for a hard floor, but not for carpet, and I needed something for the latter.
