By far the worst designed monitor mount, below were the problems:

- Base Screws were cross threaded (this ended with the monitor mount not sitting straight)
- Arms are in a fixed position with no room for flexibility, there's only one way to have the monitors mounted
- VESA plate was not sitting properly (was too loose and cannot tighten) so the monitor would be tilted on an angle
- Base damaged my desk even though there's a small amount of foam padding used (not enough)

I've dealt with a lot of different monitor mounts in my time as a IT technician, and I can confidently say this is a great dual-monitor mount, easy to attach to desk, nice and sturdy feeling, easy to adjust monitor positioning and the ability to easily tidy power and display cables into the arms is much appreciated!
Only downside is that the VESA mounts cannot be removed and slotted in/out, which makes attaching the monitors a bit of a pain - would recommend doing this on a table (covered with a towel or something to protect the monitors) or the floor as you wrangle them into place. But once you've got them in, works like a dream. I popped in 2x 27" monitors - only reason for 3 stars is when you put monitors of this size, the length of the arms don't allow for a high amount of versatility in arranging them. Should be fine for 23-24" monitors. it's definitely strong and sturdy and well built.

I bought the $80 version initially and it failed within 3 months, swapped for this one, even though double the price but seems much better. Arms still holding up find hopefully will keep lasting. Works great looks great and the price is bang on.
Purchased online, got a TXT 20mins later to come
pick it up, it was the last 1 in stock (at that time)

Good monitor stand.
The arms don't quite have the same level of fine-tuned height control as in other stands I've seen, but, it honestly hasn't been a problem for me so far, and likely wont be for most people. Good monitor stand.

These look great and do as they are meant to, so functionally they are fit for purpose.
It's the small things though that let it down such as:
* Plastic covers are likely to yellow over time.
* Plastic cable holder barely hold the cables up and often pops off.
* No quick release for the monitors, means you have to screw the monitors onto the stand in place - not easy if you cant easily get behind the desk
* plastic covers over adjustment screws These look great and do as they are meant to, so functionally they are fit for purpose.

i have two 27 inch monitors and the arms hold them up fine. I do however have a glass desk with some weird framing which made the mount hard to attach. Really made my set up look a lot nicer by removing stands. i have two 27 inch monitors and the arms hold them up fine.
