- Due to the settings of sleep and wake signals by computer manufacturers, some computers may fail to continue providing video signals to the DASUNG monitor after waking from sleep. This can be resolved by reconnecting the video cable.
Since some computers' HDMI ports do not support a 37Hz refresh rate at 3200x2400 resolution, the computer will automatically detect and adjust the refresh rate to 27Hz.
On Linux, only extended display mode is supported.
[Mac Edition] Please download, install and run the Paperike computer client first. If using a Type-C connection, the display will work directly. If using an HDMI connection, please use an additional Type-C cable to transmit the client signal.
The reverse touch function can only be used with a Type-C connection.
