Purchased for my teenage son, he loves it. Quite fast, has IP67 water resistance, USB-C charging up to 30W, screen is great, battery life is good. Was easy to set up and get going. Purchased this phone because it is compatible with the Dexcom insulin pump. Now I can instruct my phone to give me a bolus (extra insulin with a meal), rather than have to access the pump via clothing! Ever since I bought her this great new phone for her birthday, she's been so engrossed in taking photos of this and videoing that, that my invitations to take her to lunch are being ignored. I’ve been using the Samsung A26 for a while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. The screen is bright and smooth, and the size makes watching videos and scrolling through social media feel great. Performance is solid too, apps open quickly and I haven’t had any major lag.

Overall, the Samsung A26 is a reliable, budget-friendly phone that covers all the basics and even feels premium in some ways. Great value for the money! I've previously had a succession of base level ($180-250) android phones by Samsung, Huawei and Oppo. All do the job but it was time for the next one and for only slightly more, comparing specs this one seemed the pick of the bunch.
Pros: It's noticeably quicker and with better screen performance than my previous phones.
Cons: I've found Oppo integrates with my Google products better (esp Calendar & Password Manager) whereas Samsung tries to use theirs, and doesn't do it well.
It takes 2 sims *or 1 sim and a micro-sd card, not sims *and a micro-sd card, which I've enjoyed previously.
