Works a charm, stuck solidly to my windscreen despite being repositioned a couple of times.
The clamping mechanism had a funny rattle while driving one time, but when I took my phone out and wiggled the holder a bit it fixed the problem and I haven't been able to replicate it since.

The quality is good. It hasn't fallen off the windscreen. I like the quick release button because I can quickly take the phone with me when I leave the car. The quality is good. Have bought my third one of these phone holders... (one for my personal vehicle and one for "on-the-go" change) - as a commercial driver - I change vehicles frequently and having a reliable handsfree system is essential. This unit has taken all the knocks and drops and still works reliably after many months.. years!... Definitely a value product, very affordable and heaps better than most of what's available! just about fits my Samsung note 9, holds it really well, even when horizontal, easy install and not a bother with the size. Works great with my s22 ultra, got this because I have a thick case and previous magnetic mount kept falling off.

Holds really well and can position it out of the way but much closer to your normal driving view if it's on the windshield. Way better than the cheapo I bought off trademe that attached to the vents.
