I bought 2 of these. One for my car and one for my truck. Love the one piece arm as there is less vibration compared to mounts with 2 or more joints. Magnet holds phone good. I purchased the 3SIXT Magnetic Long Arm Phone Car Mount toward the end of last year, and at first, it was excellent. The suction was solid — it never once fell off the windscreen — and the MagSafe connection worked impressively well, even with a phone case on and without needing to stick extra magnets to the phone. It made daily use really convenient and hassle-free.

Unfortunately, after a few months, the arm mechanism seems to have loosened. Even though it’s still firmly suctioned to the window, the clamp no longer holds its position properly, and I can’t find any way to tighten it or secure it again.
