The cable itself is high quality, no question about it, and if you are looking for a micro-USB cable with occasional use on other connectors - this is a great cable.
But if you want to use it mainly for USB-C... The things are not so great. Putting on the different ending is quite fiddly and when you want to unplug your device by pulling the cable, the ending will often stay plugged it, while the connectors get separated. I purchased 2 of these as seemed like such a good idea to have one cable for 3 plugs. Seemed like a no-brainer. They worked well for about 5 months, but then the lightning i-pad plug went and shortly after the usb-c plug. Both of them approx the same time as they got the same amount of use. I tested other cables and they work absolutely fine. Final conclusion is they are fine to throw in a drawer and use in an emergency, but don't use them as your daily driver. Solidly built cable. Wasn't sure how well this 3 in 1 idea would be executed but it does so well. It has a micro USB as the base connector and if you want to use the lightning or USB-C, you just have to make that you have lined up the adapter in the correct orientation. If not you simply have to rotate it 180 degrees to make it fit over the micro USB. Takes slightly longer than if you already had a purpose built cable handy but the advantage is if you're away from home and you only want to take one cable then this covers all your bases. This multi charging cable is what I was searching for in Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman but couldn't find it.

Prior to buying this I was struggling with having multiple cables across my desk. Lightning for an iPhone, Mini USB for headsets and a Kindle, and then recently USB-C for another device. It became a real pain, but with this cable - I'm easily able to charge them all from a single cable with ease.

Took 2 extra cables off my desk, keeps it a lot tidier - can only charge 1 at a time, but that's generally not an issue for me. Removed from package and item is pre setup for usb-c but USB-c does not work, micro USB and apple plugs work but is pointless if one does not work.
