It felt wasteful that it came with the orange guide part... HOWEVER what a difference it made to the ease of putting it on the phone. And what we didn't realize when we brought it was it comes with TWO screen protectors (that's just us not reading the description properly). That makes it quite good value for money. Thanks to the aligner it was easy to align the screen protector. The box includes cleaning materials making sure there isn't any dust when you apply the screen protector. I accidently applied it wrong the first time but it was easy enough to take off without damage and reapply successfully the second time.
