I've bought a few of these now for me and my family. The magnets are really strong and easily work through a case even with a large heavy phone. The air vent clamping is strong enough for you to pull the phone off without releasing from the vent.

They're also small enough to take with you when you travel.

Easy to fit the "base" to the air-vents. In the box are 2 magnets, 1 circular, 1 square. Both with adhesive. With the case I didn't even need to attach with adhesive. It just stuck inside between the case and the phone. Magnet is strong enough so that even going along some some bumpy Wellington roads, it didn't come off. Works like a charm. Easy to assemble. You will have to stick a magnetic plate (two are provided) to your phone or it's cover. I have a S21 Ultra with a very sturdy cover.
