I'm pretty sure the one I got was faulty (i.e. put together back to front) as the sticky side of the screen protector was facing the tabs that your supposed to peal away from the screen.

Ended up with a ruined and unusable screen protector, and now will need to buy another one while my new S20 Ultra goes unprotected. I doubt PbTech will offer a replacement because I expect they'll just tell me its user error, but i am sure I followed the instructions and the screen protector was at fault. I've installed many screen protectors in the past for phones and tablets successfully without an issue, so consider myself somewhat experienced.

Otherwise looks awesome. Comes with a wet wipe, dust sticker etc so a lot of small extras that most brands don't include. When I opened the box I was impressed. It looks quality. But the outcome is all that matters in the end and that is that it is a total waste of money.

Purchased this protector about a month ago. The installation was pretty straight forward, just follow the instructions and you'll be sweet. When I installed it there was one tiny bubble at the top left corner, but it disappeared overnight. The fingerprint sensor works great with this protector. The blue light filter is amazing and easy on the eyes, but does not affect screen quality. Great quality and does not affect screen sensitivity. Great product. What i liked is that it came with a good template to locate the Screen Protector in exactly the right place. Also came with scraper, backing films, cleaner etc. A good system, and priced accordingly. Great product. The fingerprint sensor works well (on this Samsung models it doesn't work with glass protectors even if they have the hole for the sensor) but just as fine as it did with cheap film protectors.

Installation is super easy if you read the instructions FIRST and then follow them. No, the sticky side is not on the wrong side, just read and follow the instructions, you can't wrong. The only issue with that installation system is that as the pealing comes split in half, and maybe the one I bought had been stored for too long, it actually has a mark, a line in the middle where the two pealing papers met. It is perfectly installed and that line is quite annoying specially with light backgrounds. It's as if the protector had been bended in half.

I don't know how well it would protect the screen against stronger bumps, I haven't dropped my phone yet (fingers crossed) but I feel it would be safer with a glass protector
It is true that it "self repairs", scratches disapear. But for that you get a kinda sticky feeling on the screen, not as smooth as the screen itself or tempered glass. And it's much harder to clean than any other I've had, cause as you try to clean it you get stuck and deform the gel which goes back to normal but is still dirty. Gets greasy quite easily.
If I could choose a tempered glass over this one, I would. But I can't so I will leave it on and when it's time to replace it I will buy 30 of cheap films instead of one of these

WARNING: you've probably never applied a screen protector this way before: the backing you peel off in step 5 is UNDERNEATH THE ACTUAL SCREEN PROTECTOR, not on top of it. To squeegee it out in step 5, you'll need to hold tab 2 bent almost all the way back to touching tab 3, and then you start to see the magic happening. If you don't bend tab 2 back far enough, you'll be confused & probably end up wrecking your screen protector in frustration like some of the other unlucky reviewers here.

It really is next to invisible, and for the first damn time it truly does cover and stick to the curves of the screen! Absolutely no bubbles, no trapped dust, and the tabs & tray installation system is quite ingenious. Not to mention the lifetime replacement warranty offered by Zagg when you register your product on their website. That plus the excellent finish & functionality of the product makes it absolutely worth the high purchase price.
