I love this vertical mouse, it took me about a day to get my accuracy right, but it's really helping and it's naturally comfortable! I work at the computer all day with a mouse-intensive programme. I was experiencing a lot of pain with a conventional mouse. After switching to the vertical mouse the position is a lot more natural and comfortable. The pain has eased and is almost gone after a month. I have a standing desk and was getting some wrist discomfort. The discomfort disappeared very soon after installing and using this mouse. Very impressed. I was using an MS Sculpt Ergonomic mouse and was experiencing a lot of, sometimes painful, discomfort in my right wrist, thumb, and forearm. Within days of using this mouse all the discomfort, and pain, was gone. This mouse is absolutely brilliant. The best mouse I've ever used......comfortable, solid, easy to set up and the back button is so handy. But best of all, no aching arm at night. Highly recommended. Great product for relief from tendonitis. I purchased this one for work. I use it for CAD work so it gets a hammering. I still have the previous version at home and it's going strong but the textured surface looks worse for wear, it rubs off. It's too early to tell on this version but it's only a cosmetic problem. It's a good vertical mouse once I got used to its height as I used to knock it over while moving my hand. It's not quite as precise as a normal mouse either. But it helped with my wrist issues.

I've been using these mice for three years now. I had to replace my old one after 2 years as it started double clicking. I use it for 40+ hours a week for work though, so I don't expect them to last forever. They greatly reduce my RSI discomfort and are really well made. They have a dedicated middle mouse button which is perfect for CAD work, as I don't have to constantly hold down the scroll wheel to navigate the viewport. The accompanying software is also good, you can customise buttons for different programs. I've been using these mice for three years now. It was a bit trigger happy at first though - took a while to get used to how sensitive the buttons are and resist the urge to grip it when moving it (which leads to unintended clicking).
