Mouse performing well for all tasks, really enjoying having the infinite scroll again. So far no issues what so ever, does what I needed it to do.
Didn't really look too much into the software side but as far as plug and play goes, easy.

Bought for my son who is a gamer and animator. The programmable buttons are great, and well-placed. The mouse is easy to hold for smaller or larger hands. The mouse feels robust. I initially thought the RGB of the previous version would be cool, until my son pointed out that you won't see any of it when using the mouse as his hand would cover the lights. Highly recommend. My old 502 finally died after years of hard use. I wasn't sure about ordering this model but i very quickly adjusted to the lighter weight and I love it. :) My old 502 finally died after years of hard use. I was focused on getting a wired mouse with a shape+size similar to other mice I use. I wasn't expecting features like scroll-wheel modes and an adhoc low-DPI switch. Brought this to replace my aging g502 hero, and didnt take long to get use to the new light weight. The front thumb button is also made better because it now covers the gap that used to be there. Works really well and for the price is a great mouse. Maybe a bit big for me and it would be nice if it was weighted, but again for the price can't complain.
