The first one I got broke on only the seconds time using it however, It got replaced under warranty and the new one is working great. It is defiantly worth the money if you are only going to play games through oculus however, If you are going to play some games of PC and want to use a link cable this product will be bad for you because they did not add the function of data pass through only charge pass through. I was using the pro strap with my q2 as the tightening dial is definitely a plus for comfort and fit. This steps that up a notch, with a large circle of padding. The battery didn't take too long to change, though there are some pain points that I don't judge the product against because it does do what it says on the box; The same box it no longer fits into once assembled.

3. I got a travel case for my q2, and had one for my q1. the q2 case made by oculus is certainly nowhere near as classy as the first case, but it *did* work with the pro strap attached. This strap/pack doesn't fit in the official case. I haven't looked to see if there is anything it does fit in made for purpose, but it could be considered to be a factor if everything you have has its place.

I found it holds the quest 2 much tighter to my head and reduces any light bleed - not to mention the built in battery gives me around 2-3 hours of additional use.
