The charger works great! Until it dies... You get a few good months out of it with good treatment, and it's a good charger! ...But then the charge starts dropping in and out endlessly. This happened to my first one. Upon testing, it was found there was no issue with the cord or computer, but the base itself.

"Okay, well, errors happen. Let's get a new one since the warranty is still valid!"

I'm not in a great financial situation, so this is infuriating. I'll be checking to see if I can get some kind of replacement or refund, because this is just ridiculous. A consistent showing of a fundamentally broken product. I definitely won't be buying from Ugreen again for sure, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth for PB tech as well.

I was looking for something that could charge multiple devices at the same time and this one fit the bill. Small and compact enough to take with me wherever I go, but good enough to charge my MacBook Pro, phone and camera batteries all at the same time. Bought this Charger from PB Tech Henderson Express Store today and it is already getting a good use to charge my HP Laptop accordingly.
Laptop though requires a bit more wattage but this Charger shall suffice my need correctly. Great Brand from an equally great Store is so amazing.
