Windows out of the box. Linux required building the kernel module from source hosted on github. Once that was done it worked well.

It's great for windows tried it on 10 and 11 and both showed okay speeds. Tried it on linux (ClearLinux and EOS), was slow compared to windows but still useable if u want to use it on linux, Its plug and play on both operating system It's great for windows tried it on 10 and 11 and both showed okay speeds. When running Windows 10 peformance was initially around 30-40Mbps (both up and down) according to speedtest.net - which was OK. After a period dropped to less than 1Mbps - which is pretty much useless. Performance restored after a reboot. The PC is dual boot so I will try the linux driver, but I can't recommend. No dramas, just not as quick as I was hoping in real world terms. Set up no problem - recognised by the base OS and connected without a hitch. I'm just spoiled by gig networks and now that fibre is faster than this adapter it's a limiting factor. No dramas, just not as quick as I was hoping in real world terms. I have had this for a few weeks and has done a great job compared to my last one. It has good range and fast for 2.4ghz.
