First Mesh is First Class
Fairly easy to get out first Mesh system up and running and it's first class. Managing about 30+ widely dispersed IoT smart home gadgets and utilities. It would be easy to confuse poorly performing apps with WiFi issues but it's proven to be mostly the apps that are very poorly designed.

the 3 units was easy to setup and it did provide wide and stable coverage for the 2 1/2 storey spacious house.

Impressed with features
Perfect reception all over our 2-storey house including external cameras. Best features for me are there is no master (all 3 units are the same and can be promoted to be the “main” internet connected hub), the 3 Ethernet ports per unit, and the ability to set preferred unit per device brilliant).

Great product, prior to buying these my PlayStation 5 was lagging big time - especially when even 1 other person was on the wifi.
The thing I didn't realise is that one of them has to be wire (LAN cable) to your modem, so I ended up placing one by my modem and one near my PS5.
I've now run a LAN cable from the one by my PS5 into the console, and the internet is great! Also the TV wifi has been much better.
Turns out the 2 was enough for me, but if you have a larger home, probably go for the 3 pack (one next to modem, two disbursed throughout the home for the mesh)
Great range and easy setup
The setup for the TP-LINK Deco x55 was very straight forward, we needed to adjust certain DHCP sland PPPoE parameters according to our ISP before being allowed connectivity. With 3 wifi points, the Range is extensive and covers out 4 bedroom house with ease. There's even signal across the road. The inbuilt features on the Deco app allow way more control and monitoring over which devices and who is on your network which is great for stopping unwanted guests and controlling bandwidth. Easy setup but doesn't offer clean connection
Good speed and signal strength, and painless meshing. Unclear if the wired connection actually works on the secondary units. But my gripe is that it isn't a clean connection - it tries to redirect you to its own site, messes with the DNS, and as a result the phone keeps asking you to sign in. Just not keeping it simple. Not recommended.
The installation process looks simple. but very easy to disconnected. Not recommended.
The installation process is simple, but the signal is extremely unstable, which leads to easy disconnection! Always being reinstalled ~ disconnected ~ reinstalled ~ disconnected ... This process is very troublesome. Not recommended!
