I do not recommend this desk mat and would suggest trying something else. The middle of the mat curls up significantly; I can easily fit my fingers under the curves it makes. I put it on a table with several books for 5 days and it did not solve the issue. I even tried using heat to kind of iron it out. No luck.
Returned the mat and got it replaced with another. It looked okay at a glance in the store, but I get home and it's probably worse than the first one. I put about 20kg of books onto the mat for over 36 hours and it has made zero difference.

This rgb mousepad is fantastic both for the price and quality. The light tube that goes around is held to the mat with a plastic thread like fishing thread and it often hurts when you have bare arms and you need to move your mouse to one end of the mouse pad and you play using your entire arm. I don't seen this happening to me because I wear long sleeves. My mouse cable sometimes scratches along the edge and I don't really like that and so I gave it 4 stars. I never had leds on a pad. Not to mention a larger pad. I made sure the dimensions were good enough for covering keybord + mouse areas, but without taking the whole desk. Result: it looks fantastic, especially when working at night.

I have tried quite a few mouse pads over the years for gaming purposes and for general use. Nearly all have been just crap. The 'Playmax' pads are quite nice. My pad is 100cm x 50cm.
I can rest my arms along the edge from one side all the way across my desk to the other. My keyboard sits on it as well.
I don't use the led lights as I think led's are just a waste of time. You spend all of your time looking at the screen right? But I get some people like a theme. I have enabled the lights to see what it looks like. It IS very pretty but, meh.

The mouse pad works very well with my G5 mouse (Yep, its still going strong), and our steel series Rival110 (Not great for gaming- sucks).
I had a lot of issues with other mouse pads and the G5 mouse, with the cursor moving erratically. Albeit, in very tiny erratic movements, but I have not had the issue with this pad.
I also like it as it is just comfortable.
The only criticism I have is that some areas of the edges have started to lift up. Curled up? Not the corners but along the straight edges. It could be the plastic housing for the led lights that is causing this.
How long have I had this item? About two years now. And very satisfied.
And for the advertised price! I think it's fantastic!
