POWER AND USB HUB TWO-IN-ONE
The full Edge Series integrates 4 × 9-pin internal USB expansion, which function as a 1-to-7 USB hub, simplifying the connection of USB devices such as UNI fans, Strimer Plus, and RGB controllers to the motherboard.
All USB ports features uninterruptible power, allowing connected devices to remain operational when the PC is turned off, as long as the power supply is on. Each port supports a rate current of 500mA.
1 - CONNECT TO USB DEVICES
Port #1 provides 1 USB signal, while port#2/3/4 each provide 2 USB signals. This allows for up to 7 USB devices when using a 1-to-2 splitter cable at port #2/3/4 .

Con. Does not matter with way I orientate the PSU, The Logo and details will be upside down in my more traditional case.
very good but loud
The Lian Li 850W Edge Platinum has excellent build quality and premium modular cables with a clean, high end feel. However, the 120mm fan is disappointingly loud under even moderate loads. In an otherwise near-silent setup, the PSU is easily the dominant noise source even with all case and GPU fans ramped up. This is especially frustrating given that my system draws well below the PSU’s rated capacity (under 400W typical load). It's clear the fan curve is overly aggressive or lacks proper passive/low RPM operation at idle. I really want to recommend this PSU for its aesthetics and electrical performance, but the acoustic profile is a major...view more
Bit disappointing but decent
Beautiful looking PSU, fits perfectly into my O11d case. Cables come with 3 ties, easy to manage, feel high quality, comes with all the cables you'll need.
I did have some troubles connecting the 12VHPWR connector to the PSU end, it didn't click into place properly. The fan is by no means quiet, once it turns on, which is pretty much 24/7.
Power delivery is strong, as you'd expect from any 80+ Platinum PSU. Overall a decent purchase, but there's better.
The price and 80 plus platinum is a killer factor.

Awesome Power Supply
If you are building a Dual Chamber Case, then you need this PSU. Not only does it have great connectivity, the cables are all sleeved and come with comb clips.
Lasted less than 24 hours total run time
Was the perfect solution to my new Lian Li case, the USB hub and Edge style modular connectors made it really nice and easy to install, However... it was Installed on Saturday and on Sunday night at it went pop and was dead. all without any high-loading hardware, the same system is currently running with my spare 600W PSU until I can find another one I like since these don't appear to be coming into stock again.
Good price for what you get.
Don't think I can go back now, having a usb header in the power supply helps if you have a motherboard that only has a couple of usb headers on it.
I have all my fans daisy chained into the power supply and have the wireless fans (so the only cable is for power)
A quality PSU
Got a great deal on black friday. Fitted great into my NZXT H9 case easy as. Cables are really nice and the preinstalled cable combs are a nice touch. I have never heard the fan operate, It won't turn on unless it hits over 400w.....and when I'm gaming my case fans will be louder anyway. Importantly, there are no coil whine noises of any kind - this was my greatest concern. Buy with confidence.

I actually wanted a 850W version but no stock so I got this, which is overkill.
Installation was a breeze, the included cables seem like good Lian Li quality.
The USB feature and 12+4 were the reason for getting this, really handy.
This PSU is quiet.
Well thought out design
The plugs being on the extended section, parallel to the case opening is a game changer. I can't count how many times I have had to access the power ports on a PSU and struggled like heck to access them without completely removing the PSU and having to re-do all of my cable organising. With this PSU the ports are right in front of you, allowing you to check seating, or change plugs with ease. The USB Light port extensions on the PSU are also very useful for builds requiring more than a few spots to plug the RGB power into.
