I had to replace my old Canon inkjet with this one because it cost more to replace the ink head than buy new. Disappointing that inkjet printers are made like this but the print quality is great, duplex and ink saving options. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I've always bought canon products after being burned too many times with bad hardware from others. It's not often that I really need to print something, but when I do, I want it to work, not buzz and click for ten minutes before deciding its out of ink. I only ever use Canon printers due to their reliablity and ease of use. This is another excellent Canon product ready for many years of use as it replaces my previous Canon after more than 20 years of use. Good value printer. Has separate inks for each colour and will accept non-Cannon inks.
Had to download driver for Mac Book but no problem getting it going.
Wasn’t sure where to put paper as there is back and bottom. Both work well.
Scanning to computer and printing photo from computer worked well
Not using wifi feature.
PBTech service was great.

I also have the TR4660a model which I bought particularly for its auto-feed function on its scanner that allows scanning of longer papers plus its duplexing function when printing. And this TR7660a is an upgrade to TR4660a in these aspects of what I want.:

- It saves costs on inks because it uses larger cartridges and the primary colors are separate cartridges
- It is way quieter than TR4660a
- Has a touch screen monitor for much easier navigation through the menu and settings
- It also scans documents more consistently straight than TR4660a when using the auto-feed tray I also have the TR4660a model which I bought particularly for its auto-feed function on its scanner that allows scanning of longer papers plus its duplexing function when printing. And this TR7660a is an upgrade to TR4660a in these aspects of what I want.:

We are very happy with this printer. Easy to setup and get printing. Automated duplex printing and scanning is fantastic especially at the price point we purchased it at. We have had a Canon printer of some sort for the last 10 years and have always had a great experience with them. This one has been working well for the last month or more.
