I bought this battery for a harmony 785 remote. It didn't work / wouldn't charge in any of my three remotes. I sent it back (good on you PB Tech), but the replacement had the same problem. I have bought other 3rd party batteries in the past with no problems. The design of these batteries is not quite right. The terminals/contacts are inset into the plastic case a little too much, so they barely touch the contacts inside the remote. I have put a piece of card/paper on the end of the battery to push it a little closer to the contacts in the remote, and now it is working fine. I bought this battery for a harmony 785 remote.
