Two of the mounting holes in the Pi 4 board do not align with the fixed screw holes in the case - the board is a few mm too narrow for them to mate properly. Also, the mounting screws are too short to engage the threads in the case corner holes, with or without the Pi 4 board in place. So I have it set up with only two of the four screws engaged, which seems secure and stable enough.

All of that said, a check using <vcgencmd measure_temp> shows the unit running 17 degrees or so cooler than with the standard red/white plastic case (54 deg versus 37 deg). It comes with 3M silicone sticky pads which are foam like and appears to work. My Pi4B setup is strictly for playing files off USB to an external DAC so processing power is minimal and having fans is an overkill.

My RPi is used for fairly light loads, so I didn't want a noisy fan, but with the official red and white case it was overheating, and with the case open it still hung around 60 degrees. With this case, it is down in the 40's and very stable. This is a good solid case. With a little bit of twisting the camera ribbon cable can be routed past the built in heatsink pillars to the slot at the end of the case. The Pi lined up with the locating pins and the mounting holes perfectly. The one problem I did encounter was that the threaded holes for the screws needed to be cleaned out with an M2,5 tap otherwise the screws could not be tightened without risking damaging the thread.
