Very good, easy
Works as advertised on my Hitachi heatpump. Easy to set up and use. Recommend.
Note: unit is powered by micro usb, not usb-c

Bought this as I was unimpressed with the Fujitsu wifi that I bought for my heat pump. So I returned the OEM one and bought this and its so much better with more options.
Better than the OEM solutions
This was a gift for a friend as I have one that works a treat. The interface is easy to use and allows me and my partner to turn on the heat pump before we get home
Works well and good feature set
Allows setup to work with scheduling in Alexa. Must be mounted pretty close to the A/C unit though and more or less points straight up.
Control functions
Easy set up, and Android app has all the options you would possibly need. Ability to program set points based on high and low temperatures.
Alexa support which is a much simpler interface, it would be nice if Alexa could support more functions though.
Otherwise a product that is simple to set up, and provides control of heat pump from anywhere.
Works as it should but a shame features are behind paywall

Or was it not made obvious that some of the cool features are behind a pay wall?
Product works well for what you get without paying extra.
Great heat pump controller with easy set-up
Easy to use App with very easy set-up. We can now easily control the heat pump to turn on and off to schedule, or when it gets too cold. This solved a problem when the commercial add-on to our Mitsubishi Heay Industries heat pump didn't work - I wish we had got it straight away and saved all the hassle.

Made my heat pump smart
I can now control my heat pump remotely. Definitely a cheaper option compared to a similar WiFi adapter solution from Fujitsu.
Functional, useful
Perfectly functional as hoped. I haven't tried the programming as yet. Don't want to pay for a subscription on top for the more fancy features. I only could justify buying this when heavily reduced in price.
What a great product
Definitely worth the money, I can control the heat pump anytime any where, the on/off schedule is very reliable,. Highly recommended.
