TP-Link Tapo Smart Hub with Chime (H100)

This is the first time I've properly dipped my toes into smart home tech. Brilliant products and services, my Tapo smart home network now consists of 30 devices, lights, buttons, motion sensors, temperature sensors and they have all been working brilliantly.
Setting up routines and automation is simple and instructions are very easy to follow. Prices are very reasonable and the Tapo range of devices have a nice minimist design. I'm hooked! Cheap at the price, works well, easy setup but doesn’t have the Ethernet point that the HB200 has. Note the range is the same as any wifi even though they advertise Sub-G wifi used in this device as being greater-devices need to be quite near a hub and the hub itself needs to be quite near the router or wifi access point. Easy to setup once you have the app, really impressive range for picking up other sensors connected to it. Easy to setup once you have the app, really impressive range for picking up other sensors connected to it.

Got this and a few door sensors about a month or 2 ago, quick and easy to setup app worked out of the box and was up and running within minutes

So far no issues and volume + variety of "chimes" to use as alarms/notifications isn't bad

If looking for a basic setup for door/window sensors, buttons etc it's a good place to start.

I bought this of these smart hub along with the Tapo smart plugs and temperature sensors to be able to control heating in the kids rooms. The TP-Link Tapo system is incredibly simple to use, a great app to set up the devices and a very intuitive method to set up controls to turn on and off devices based on room temperature.

Would strongly recommend these if you are looking to introduce some automation to your home, I've subsequently bought some additional temperature sensors and will be also putting TP-Link Tapo lights and switches throughout the house.

Only bought it, as I thought the humidity and temp reader is standalone product that connects online. However, this smart hub is cheap and value for money. works well with google home. range is like normal wifi.
