I brought this on a sale and it has to be the best purchase I have made in regard to sound quality. I have this running off my MBP for music, Sky etc in my office (mancave) with a Toslink cable. I am lucky enough to have the 2013 MBP which has the digital thru the 3.5mm jack. Good sound - using this instead of a soundbar - seems to have a much better audio range. Easy to setup and use. Only trick is that there is a thin plastic cover hidden underneath the battery that needs to be removed before using it. Was thinking to get something like Logitech or Creative Labs but paid a little bit more and got these, much much better than anything i have had before, worth it for the price. Brought these after tossing up between them and a $2200 big brand sound bar and sub setup. Safe to say I’m absolutely blown away with the performance of these things. Comes close to rivalling the sound bar setup mentioned but at a quarter of the price. Very happy customer and can highly recommend to anyone on the fence. However when looking around at my options I stumbled across the S350DB. i am now about a week into owning these and I am so pumped I bought these speakers. The quality is fantastic, very weighty, and their performance is superb, the sub packs a punch without being boomy, and with the latest bluetooth codecs supported the audio quality sounds as good as wired. The only downside is the round remote which can be picked up backwards by accident, however it feels nice in the hand and has nice tactile buttons, my configuration has the remote usually in one place on my desk allowing easy access to pause or skip tracks from my phone. I would recommend anyone considering these just buy them already. 10/10
