I wouldn't recommend this particular model machine. My office has had two now, and they have both eventually wrapped the lamination sleeve around the heating element during use. This has jammed the machine and wrecked the internals beyond being able to fix :-) I am going to try the next model up in the Fellowes range and hope that it has a better design.
